The New York Stock Exchange listing requirements are aimed to attract companies with a well established top tier financial record. The NYSE is the exchange of choice for companies in the financial, manufacturing and natural resource sectors.
We are always open to talk to corporate executives who are considering listing on the NYSE. The listing requirements can sometimes be confusing and waivers can be obtained when a company desiring to list is strong in all listing categories, but for one.
